1. Nature of Our Services
STN offers technology-driven safety and security solutions, including but not limited to:
- Capital Safety Program (Islamabad)
- Safe City Project (Faisalabad, Bahawalpur)
- Safe Schools Program (KPK)
- Vehicles Safety Program (Rawalpindi)
- Diplomatic Safety Program (Islamabad)
These services are typically intangible, customized, and delivered in collaboration with government entities, organizations, or individuals. Due to the nature of our services, traditional "returns" may not apply. Instead, we offer remedies such as service modifications, refunds, or credits under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Remedies
We aim to ensure that our services meet your expectations and align with our mission to promote safety and security. You may be eligible for a refund, credit, or service modification if:
- Service Non-Delivery:
The agreed-upon service (e.g., installation of security systems or
consulting for a Safe City Project) was not delivered as per the
contract or agreement.
- Service Deficiency: The service provided does not meet the specifications or quality standards outlined in the service agreement or contract.
- Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period:
For certain subscription-based or ongoing services (e.g., monitoring or
maintenance services), you may cancel within a 7-day cooling-off period
from the date of contract signing, provided no significant work has
commenced.
- Error in Billing: You were incorrectly charged for a service not rendered or charged an incorrect amount.
Ineligible Cases
Refunds or remedies are not available in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you.
- Custom solutions (e.g., tailored security
infrastructure for the Diplomatic Safety Program) that were developed
specifically for your needs.
- Services where you failed to adhere to the
agreed terms, such as providing necessary access or information for
project implementation.
- Changes in your preferences or circumstances after service delivery has begun.
3. Requesting a Refund or Remedy
To request a refund, credit, or service modification, please follow these steps:

Include your name, contact information, contract or order number, and a
detailed description of the issue. If applicable, provide evidence

contact you for additional information or to discuss possible remedies,
such as service adjustments or partial refunds.
- Resolution:
If approved, we will process the refund (via the original payment
method) or provide the agreed remedy within 14 business days. Refunds
are issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be subject to processing
fees, if applicable.
4. Refund and Remedy Conditions
- Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for payments made directly to STN for services
that meet the eligibility criteria above. The refund amount may be
prorated based on the extent of service delivered.
- Credits:
In lieu of a refund, we may offer service credits for future use,
particularly for ongoing projects like Safe City or Safe Schools
Programs.
- Service Modifications:
For complex projects (e.g., Vehicles Safety Program), we may offer to
modify or enhance the service to meet the agreed standards instead of a
refund.
- Non-Transferable: Refunds or credits are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser.
5. Cancellations
- Pre-Delivery Cancellation:
If you cancel a service before delivery begins (e.g., before
installation or implementation), you may be eligible for a full refund,
minus any administrative fees (up to 10% of the service cost).
- Post-Delivery Cancellation:
Once service delivery has started, cancellations are subject to review,
and any refund or credit will be prorated based on work completed.
- Subscription Services: For recurring services, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice, and no further charges will apply after the notice period.
6. Limitations
- Customized Services:
Due to the bespoke nature of our security solutions, refunds or
cancellations may not be possible once significant resources have been
allocated (e.g., equipment procurement or personnel deployment).
- Third-Party Services:
If a service involves third-party providers (e.g., hardware suppliers
for Safe City Projects), their return policies may apply, and STN will
facilitate communication but is not responsible for their actions.
- Force Majeure:
STN is not liable for service delays or non-delivery due to events
beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions,
or unforeseen security issues.
7. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a service or remedy.
- Cooperate with our team during the review process.
- Adhere to the terms of any service agreement or contract signed with STN.
8. Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
