By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. STN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. 1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes only, to showcase STN's mission, projects, and services in promoting national security, safe cities, schools, and other initiatives. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm STN or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
• Use the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from STN.

STN does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or uninterrupted, and STN shall not be liable for any downtime or errors.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by STN, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Pakistan and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

STN has the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit, or remove any User Contributions at its sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates the rights of others, including privacy rights or intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STN regarding the Site.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver by STN of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.
